- All items will be shipped using Australia Post.
- You will receive an email alert when your package has been dispatched, including tracking information.
- The cost of shipping is included in the $99 service fee.
- Depending on your location and size of parcel, you can expect to receive your items within 2-5 working days.
- You have 48 hours to decide which items you would like to keep, which you’d like to return for a full refund or those you’d like to exchange for a different size.
- Simply log in to your account and select the items you’d like to return or exchange.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of dispatch for Australian customers and 14 days for international customers.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition.
- Items with tags must be attached.
- Items must not be worn, damaged, marked, altered or washed.
- Depending on how many items you are returning, you may use the original packaging or a postal method of your choice, i.e. AusPost satchel or Express Post bag.
- Return postage will be refunded via the payment method used for your order (first return or exchange only).
- If you are unhappy with your exchanged items, you may return them for a full refund at your expense.
